PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

PawSupps offers subscription ("Recurring Purchase") options on select products. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

Minimum Subscription Commitment

All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two (2) shipments. Your 1st and 2nd scheduled orders will process and ship automatically and cannot be cancelled, skipped, or paused once your subscription has begun.

When You Can Cancel

Starting with your 3rd scheduled order, you may cancel your subscription at any time, with no further obligation. Cancelling before your 3rd order is processed will not affect orders 1 or 2 — it will stop all orders from that point forward.

How to Cancel

Cancellation is self-service. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" link in the site menu or in your order confirmation email. You do not need to contact support to cancel.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to subscriptions already in progress.
